My Story

Last April, our world was shattered when my beloved wife, Sandy, was diagnosed with metastatic bone cancer, secondary breast cancer. This devastating news came just as we were eagerly planning to celebrate our 16th anniversary with a long-awaited ceremony in Greece. During this incredibly challenging time, Compton Care emerged as our beacon of support, offering unwavering care and compassion.

To honour Sandy’s memory and give back to Compton Care, I’m embarking on a series of fundraising activities throughout 2024. Each event is a testament to Sandy’s enduring legacy of kindness and generosity. Our goal is to raise £40,000 to mark Sandy’s 40 years of life.

Skydiving Adventure

Sandy experienced an exhilarating skydive in her youth in America and dreamed of sharing this adventure with our children. In her memory, I will arrange this thrilling experience as soon as possible, keeping her adventurous spirit alive.
